In the age of Covid-19, we understand this is a worrying time for all, we want to help where we can, therefore we have expanded our returns policy.

 

We now offer FREE 28 day returns on our products- no questions asked. We only ask that you return them unused.

If you wish to return an item, please email returns@heavenlygiftstore.co.uk  with the reasons for return. We will then issue you a a Return authorisation reference. We cannot process any returns sent without a return authorisation reference.

We will provide you with a return authorisation reference, and you will then need to return the product using tracked delivery, please keep in mind we can only accept returns if the items are in brand new and unused condition. We will then issue you a refund plus reimburse your postage costs.

In order to have your postage costs reimbursed, please send a copy of the postage receipt to returns@heavenlygiftstore.co.uk

Damaged and faulty items must be returned to us for inspection.

Errors and shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt.

In the event that you received a faulty item, you must notify us within 28 days of the goods being received. If you inform us of the faults after the 28 day period, then we are unable to accept returns.

For faulty products, please send as much information as possible, including pictures.

 

If you decide to change your mind and wish to return your purchase, please inform us within 28 days of the goods being received. We will provide you with a return authorisation reference, and you will then need to return the product using tracked delivery, please keep in mind we can only accept returns if the items are in brand new and unused condition.

Once we have the item in our warehouse, we will issue you a full refund plus reimburse your postage costs.

If the returned product is not in the condition in which it was posted, then we reserve the right to refuse the return, or to issue a partial refund after assessing the items for damages.

For all returns, we will send you a Return authorisation reference. If we receive any product without a return authorisation reference, then this will result in a delay in processing your return. 

You will be responsible for any damages caused to the items in return transit by inappropriate packaging.

We will do our utmost to be fair in all instances, and to help you resolve any problems that you may experience. Our main goal above anything else is complete end customer satisfaction.

Please note: We do not allow customers to return the products prior to delivery. You will be unable to return the goods back to the driver/courier upon arrival, as this may lead to a lengthy returns process, and there is no guarantee that the returned goods will reach us. If you change your mind regarding the product, please wait until the order has been received and use the returns process as described above.

Email returns@heavenlygiftstore.co.uk Within 28 days of purchase, stating reason for return. We will then issue you a return authorisation reference and instructions. You will need to send the item back using royal mail 48hour tracked delivery. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a full refund plus reimburse your postage costs. Please allow 3-5 days on top of the normal delivery period, due to the current Covid-19 situation, deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. We are following government guidance and ensure our warehouses comply with various social distancing and safety guidance. Should you still be waiting for your delivery after this period, please email hello@heavenlygiftstore.co.uk with your order number and we will look into this for you.
